Mr. Derhake serves as the President of Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., a national engineering and environmental consulting firm. He has twenty years of experience managing and performing environmental and engineering consulting, and has served as a staff engineer, project manager, or executive senior author on over 10,000 real estate transactions. As President of one of the largest due diligence firms in the country, Mr. Derhake has pushed innovations in the due diligence industry and has participated in the writing and reviewing of environmental and engineering due diligence policy for several large financial institutions.
Mr. Derhake speaks regularly at industry events and conferences such as the Risk Management Association (RMA) and the Environmental Bankers Association (EBA), and has published numerous articles, white papers, and blogs regarding environmental and engineering due diligence.
Jenny Redlin, REPA
Ms. Jenny Redlin, REPA has more than 15 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. Ms. Redlin has extensive experience managing all aspects of due diligence, specializing in environmental due diligence. With her background in environmental science, and her knowledge of current environmental regulations, she has been able to offer a valuable perspective on regulatory compliance. Ms. Redlin has served as an environmental scientist, project manager, or executive senior author on over 6,000 real estate transactions.
Ms. Redlin has won several professional awards, including Real Estate Forum Woman of Influence, and regularly contributes to industry presentations and publications.
James Davenport, PS
Mr. Davenport has over 23 years of experience in the Land Surveying service industry and has significant experience managing and coordinating a multitude of ALTA Surveys across the nation. Mr. Davenport has served as the Principal and President of Continental Surveying, a firm that coordinated (ALTA) Surveys across the continental United States for use in commercial real estate transactions.
John Rockwell is a Project Manager for Partner Energy, where he is responsible for managing a number of energy efficiency and renewable energy engineering programs for existing buildings and new construction. Starting his career in asset management, Mr. Rockwell understands the unique energy consulting needs of the commercial real estate industry. He is an active member of a number of industry associations, including Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA).
Lance Collins, AIA, LEED AP (BD+C), CSBA
Mr. Collins is an architect at Partner with experience in whole building analysis/benchmarking, energy conservation measures, resource consumption reduction strategies, LEED certification administration, building commissioning, solar project development, and project/construction management. As a licensed architect in the state of California, LEED Accredited Professional, and Certified Sustainable Building Advisor, Mr. Collins brings with him over 15 years of professional experience to the fields of sustainable design, architecture and urban design.
In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Collins also is an adjunct professor at Long Beach City College, an education provider for the USGBC, and has guest lectured at a number of other schools, teaching green building principles and sustainable design strategies to young students as well as industry professionals
